ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (GTU)
Access to the website www.theclassicsparis.com (hereinafter the “Site”) by the user is subject to the unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “GTU”).
THE CLASSICS may update these GTU at any time. The new GTU will become effective from the date of their posting on the Site. The user must therefore refer regularly to the heading “legal notices and GTU” to check the GTU in force at the time of his/her connection.
Legal notices relating to your use of the Site may be found in other parts of the Site. In conjunction with the GTU, these govern the manner in which you use it, including, but not limited to, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Products online and the Return Policy.
CONDITIONS OF USE
The Site is not intended for minors (under 18 years of age). The Site is available 24/hours/day 7/days/week, except in the event of force majeure, computer failures, maintenance operations or problems related to telecommunications networks.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
THE CLASSICS respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We may remove content that, in our sole discretion, appears to infringe the intellectual property rights of others or that is otherwise inappropriate for use on the Site. In addition, we will terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that a user of the Site has infringed your intellectual property rights, please notify THE CLASSICS.
THE CLASSICS holds all the intellectual property rights on the Site and the right to disseminate the elements appearing on it, particularly the photographs for which it has obtained the necessary authorisations from the persons concerned.
All elements (drawings, models, texts, illustrations, soundtracks, logos, trademarks etc.) appearing on the Site are the exclusive property of THE CLASSICS and its subsidiaries. Any reproduction, even partial, is formally prohibited in accordance with the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code.
It is also prohibited to distribute, publish, transmit, modify or sell all or part of the content of the Site, or to create derivative works of therefrom.
The trademark THE CLASSICS PARIS, and all other trademarks and logos linked to THE CLASSICS, whether registered or not, displayed on the Site, as well as the domain names “theclassicsparis.com”, “theclassicsparis.paris”, “theclassicsparis.fr”, “theclassicsparis.org”; “theclassicsparis.fr” etc. are and will remain the exclusive property of THE CLASSICS
Any reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification or use of such trademarks without the express agreement of THE CLASSICS, for any reason whatsoever is prohibited.
- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
THE CLASSICS undertakes not to disclose the information transmitted by the user of the Site to third parties. Such information is confidential and will only be used by our company for processing orders, to reinforce and personalise communication, particular by sending letters, emails and newsletters, and in the personalisation of the Site according to user preferences.
THE CLASSICS complies with the French Data Protection Law of 8 January 1978, as amended. Users of the Site have, at any time, a right of access, rectification, modification and removal of personal data concerning them.

The Site contains hyperlinks to outside services and resources which are not owned, operated, or affiliated with our company, and which our company does not control. These hyperlinks take the user outside the Site and any concerns or issues relating to goods or services offered for sale at such websites, or such websites themselves, should be directed to the particular company or resource that owns and/or operates the Site in question.
THE CLASSICS may not be held liable in the event of:
Interruption of the Site for maintenance operations;
Technical impossibility of access to the site, to online spaces and services as a result of technical problems, whatever the origin and provenance;
Direct or indirect damage caused to the user, whatever its nature, resulting from the content, access to or use of the Site and related sites;
Abnormal use or illegal operation of the site. The user is solely responsible for damage caused to third parties and the consequences of any claims or actions that may arise. The User hereby waives any right of recourse against THE CLASSICS in the event of proceedings brought against him/her by a third party resulting from the illegal use or operation of the Site.
You may only use the Site for authorised purposes. You may not use it, in particular:
in a manner that breaches local national or international law or regulations;
in a manner that is unlawful or fraudulent or which may have an unlawful or fraudulent consequence or purpose;
for the purpose of sending, knowingly receiving, transferring, downloading, using or reusing material that does not meet our standards of content as set out herein;
for the purpose of sending or obtaining unsolicited or unauthorised promotional or advertising materials or any other similar form of solicitation (spam);
to knowingly transmit data, send or download documents containing viruses or any other malicious programme.
You also agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or resell any part of the Site in breach of these terms and conditions of use.
We reserve the right to terminate immediately your right to use the Site at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Following termination, you will not be permitted to use the Site to purchase merchandise.
THE CLASSICS reserves the right to exercise whatever means it deems necessary to prevent unauthorized access to this Site, including, but not limited to, technological barriers, IP mapping, and direct contact with your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Regardless of whether you have the right to access or use the Site or the Services, these GTU will survive indefinitely unless and until we choose to terminate them.
APPLICABLE LAW – COMPETENT JURISDICTIONS
In the event of a dispute, the user must first contact THE CLASSICS for the purpose of finding an amicable solution.
The GTU are subject to French law.
Any dispute that may arise relating to their validity, interpretation or performance will fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts
